High product quality is top priority at Scandic. Unfortunately, however, in rare cases, individual parts may not meet our standards and your expectations. If this applies to one of your articles, we would like to apologize in advance for the inconvenience. 3. Complaints guidelines

We accept the following reasons for complaints: - Knitting errors / weaving errors - Defective closures, e.g. Zippers (if there are no visible external influences) - seam defects - holes and opened seams (not older than 12 months) - severe color loss - discoloration due to prints, printed stripes, appliqués etc. - we cannot accept the following complaints: - incoming goods - Discolored goods (from other products) - Stains - This does not apply to parts that are affected by serial defects and that we will inform you about when they appear.
