General returns information: Please note that processing returns may take up to 10 working days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as when the order was placed.

How do I return my order?

Customers from Germany:

1. please fill out the enclosed return slip completely and put it in the package
2. stick the return label in the package on the package and close it carefully. If the return label is missing from the package, please contact our customer service.

Customers from Austria:

Customers from other countries:
