Revocation

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you don't like your order or don't like it, you can return it within 30 days using the return label provided. This is included with your delivery to an address within Germany.

1. Settling a return

If you have already paid for the goods by invoice, the amount will be credited to your account immediately. Therefore, please enter your bank details on the returns form, which is included with every delivery.

 

2. Senders for returns

You can return the goods with a return within Germany with DHL. The corresponding order documents are enclosed with the delivery. You are free to choose the consignor from abroad. In any case, however, the shipment must be sufficiently franked, as Scandic refuses to accept postage unpaid items.

 

3. Goods condition on return

We are happy to take back your order if you are not satisfied etc. Please note, however, that the goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for checking the goods (such as when trying them on in a shop). In addition, the goods must be provided with an original label. All returns that are obviously used (make-up stains; lipstick stains; smell) and therefore can no longer be sold will not be accepted. They will be returned to the customer and billed.

 

4. Return to a Scandic branch

Goods purchased in the Scandic online shop can in principle be returned to any Scandic branch. Please note that this is only possible on presentation of the invoice and that in the event that you do not want any replacement goods, the purchase amount will be transferred to your account and no cash payment can be made.
